 Siraj to move up fast: No.1 spot in ICC ODI bowlers ranking

Indian fast bowler Mohammed Siraj has been ranked No. 1 in the ICC ODI bowlers' rankings.


New Zealand, who toured India, lost the three-match ODI series 0-3. Mohammed Siraj, who was part of the series against New Zealand, played the first two ODIs and picked up a wicket in the first match and a wicket in the second ODI.

Earlier, he took two wickets in the first ODI and three wickets in the second match of the series against Sri Lanka. In the third and final ODI, he picked up 4 wickets and failed to take five wickets. India also won the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka 3-0.

Since the beginning of the year, India have won the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka 2-1 and the three-match ODI series 3-0. India also won the three-match ODI series against New Zealand 3-0.
Shubman Gill, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Shardul Thakur, Mohammed Shami, Kuldeep Yadav and Mohammed Siraj were the main reasons for all this.

Indian fast bowler Mohammed Siraj, who has made his outstanding contribution in both the series, has been ranked No. 1 in the ICC ODI series bowlers' rankings. Earlier, Australia's Josh Hazlewood was ranked No. 1. Mohammed Siraj has now overtaken him with a rating of 729 and is ranked No. 1. Shubman Gill is ranked 6th in the batting line-up. Suryakumar Yadav has been ranked no.1 in the batting rankings for T20Is.
